Associate/ Senior Associate - Business Analyst
Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 3 - 4 Years of relevant experience
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements.
  • Work with the Delivery Team to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
  • Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
  • Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements (functional and non-functional).
  • Translates technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions.
  • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Participates in the QA of developed solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
  • Supporting the organization's strategy regarding customization of available products/systems.
  • Break down work for the development team to logical pieces that can be completed by the specified deadline.
  • Document and track Product Increments for quarterly resource planning.
  • Ensure the Product Increments are aligned with Objectives and Key Results.
  • Help to improve the product produced by, or processes followed by the team by giving quality feedback

Skills and Knowledge

  • A minimum of 3 plus years of experience in IT project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in breaking down business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent ability to analyse business requirements.
  • Model effective analyst behaviours in dealing with individuals and multi-functional teams.
  • Effectively manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Model effective collaborative behaviours in dealing with individuals, teams, and business partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build/maintain effective relationships with clients and peers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Quick learner and self-motivated.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and independent.
