Business Development Manager/ Asst. Manager
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Day (General)


Key Responsibilities

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation through inside and outside sales.
  • Develop Sales Opportunities by researching and identifying potential target accounts, identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Perusing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Set up and deliver Sales presentations, service demonstrations, and other sales actions to potential clients.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Attending conference and industry events.
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, digital marketing and other events.
  • Maintain and expand the Company’s Database of prospects.
  • Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
  • Training business development staff.
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.

Position Requirements

  • University or college degree in Communications, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • 4-6 years of Sales / Business Development experience in immigration sector. Travel Industry is also preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and Time Management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong written communication skills Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team High level of integrity and work ethics.
