Key Responsibilities
- Experience in managing the FRRO/FRO process and OCI applications.
- Manage the client expectations and deliverables effectively in a timely manner in adherence to the process defined. Client Relations is critical.
- In depth knowledge of FRRO/FRO process like Registration, Visa extension, Exit permit, Change of Address, Change of Passport, File Transfer, New Born Visa. OCI registration, OCI extension etc.
- Keep track of the changes and ensure the checklist are updated, reviewed and maintained in the centralized server with the version control document for different locations.
- Immigration alerts / changes to be communicated to the client SPOC at regular intervals.
- Quality check of the FRRO applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy and is in adherence to the Consulate / Embassy requirements.
- Guiding the Expats and their dependents / client SPOC on the FRRO/FRO requirements which are mandatory for processing.
- Accurate information to be shared with the client SPOC / Expats against the Queries raised by them.
- Coordination with the authorities to schedule an appointment for Expats.
- Co-ordination or collaboration with the client SPOC / Expats in understanding the client requirements and delivering as per the agreed terms and conditions.
- Preparation of explanation letter / support letter for the specific situation of the client/Expat.
- To communicate with Expats / Client SPOC on the progress of the applications.
- Need to adapt and learn new geographies based on the business requirements.
- Coordinate and track all immigration activities end to end process.
- Maintain MIS and reports and present bi- weekly or monthly report to Operations head as per the requirement with detailed analysis report and trends.
- Compliance is adhered at each stage of processing.
Candidate profile
- Hands on Experience in managing the various types of FRRO/FRO and OCI applications.
- Very good communication skills both orally and written with willingness to learn and be a self-initiator.
- Good knowledge on FRRO rules and regulations are mandatory.
- Should be able to work on Immigration Tools, Excel and create reports.
- Should be a good team player.
- Can work efficiently with minimum supervision and flexible for taking new area of learning.
