Retail & Property Services – Assistant Manager / Manager
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline
Experience: 5 – 12 Years.
Location: Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities

  • Thorough understanding of the real estate market and the documentation requirement for the property transaction.
  • Lead a team to handle the property transaction. 
  • To work with various service providers like real estate consultants and developers, real estate portals, etc.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with clients while offering the service and post completion of the service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and relationship with various stake holders of the business.
  • Ensure all issues / escalations from clients are addressed appropriately and within timelines.
  • To work on a profit center basis – responsible for hiring, training and to build an effective team.
  • To develop the team members and to make them work towards the objective of the team.
  • Will be responsible for improving sales from various channel for the Property Services.

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience in Property Services for the Retail market; possess strong knowledge of industry best practices and documentary requirement for Real Estate.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and people management abilities.
  • A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
  • Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office Tools.
