Pre-Sales & Client Relations - Executive/ Senior Executive
Educational Qualification: Graduation/ MBA in Marketing
Experience: 2 – 4 Years.

Summary

Pre-Sales Team is responsible for achieving all sales conversion and revenue goals of the organization by developing, building and strengthening long–term relationships with clients. The position will involve business development and deal making skills including needs assessment, identifying and driving new business opportunities, pricing, contract negotiations and working with internal operations teams to propose solutions to Prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend all incoming enquiries (calls, emails and internal sales) and effectively handle them.
  • Clear understanding of the property needs of clients and converse with them about the company’s capabilities and present HomeShikari’s value proposition to eventually bring in sales.
  • Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing good relationship with client.
  • Regular interaction with operations team to understand the regulatory requirements, dynamics of the property market which are critical for better sales conversion.
  • Reach out / follow up through multiple channels with potential leads, participate in business development calls and make sale.
  • Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned conversion rates.
  • Achieve / exceed monthly conversion targets by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new & existing customers and converting them into regular Property Management services within the assigned region.
  • To handle client calls on their operational needs / challenges and to resolve them by approaching the right team members.
  • o provide adequate insights about the property market and details about the offerings by various service providers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by HomeShikari's management.

Candidate profile

  • Professional sales experience in service-related industry with an emphasis on strong account management. Property experience will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with an experience in Property domain or Managed services will also be considered.
  • Experience in creating and implementing Service Level Agreements with clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding set objectives and targets.
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong comprehension, presentation, communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and consultative skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team Pre-Sales & business development environment with minimum supervision.
  • Experience with MS Office and CRMs.
