Assistant Manager/Senior Team Lead - Retail & Property Services
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 5-8 Years of Relevant Experience in Real Estate, Brokerage or Retail Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the sales and operations for the Retail division that handles Property & Documentation Services.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base.
  • Schedule weekly meetings for sales and operations to ensure organization targets are achieved.
  • Allocate and monitor cases handled by the on-field team members to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure all issues / escalations from clients are addressed appropriately and within time-lines.
  • Train, manage, lead, and develop the team members.
  • Support the team in achieving its objectives and providing them opportunity to develop their skills. Facilitate a team environment that enhances team retention.
  • Skillful in organizing, interpreting, and communicating market information/data to facilitate decision making process of the top management.
  • Support the recruitment process of the team by evaluating candidates along with HR. 
  • Ensure proper bookkeeping as required for effective functioning of the team.
  • Promoting company offerings through appropriate channels.

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience in Property Services for the Retail market; possess strong knowledge of industry best practices and documentary requirement for Real Estate.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and people management abilities.
  • A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
  • Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office Tools.
