Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer peripherals, operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking issues.
  • Manage employee requests using IT support ticket system.
  • Perform monitoring and escalate the service issues.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support, to users via the mobile, using remote desktop tools or should the need arise by attendance to users at their place of work.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate person (Internal / Partner).
  • Maintain IT assets.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum 1+yr experience of industry experience in handling end user support (PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with windows OS environment.
  • Working knowledge of office products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
  • Knowledge of networking products – Firewall / Switches.
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting and provide clear instruction.
  • Desire to learn and grow with a team.
  • Logical thinker.
