Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Conduct research, analyze target audience segments, and create effective targeting strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copies and visuals for lead conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics like CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Implement and test lead generation tactics such as forms, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation for services.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms for accurate lead attribution.

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid marketing, specializing in services lead generation.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through paid marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of performance marketing, conversion metrics, and online customer acquisition in the services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tactics, including forms, landing pages, CTAs, and lead nurturing.
  • Solid analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is desired.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
