Senior Executive (SEO & SEM Specialist)
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all SEO (Search Engine Optimization) activities suchas content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
  • Manage all SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns in social media in order to maximize ROI.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Track, report, analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives andsocial media campaigns.
  • Communicate with the team, and management onstrategy/project development, timelines, and results.
  • Set performance indicators for SEO which complement theoverall marketing and business objectives of the company.
  • Promote both offsite and onsite activities and also theinteractions that build ranking, profile and traffic.
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media andinternet marketing industry trends and developments.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven SEO and SEM experience.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing,conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certification is a must.
  • Should be well acquainted with various Social Media marketing & Listening Tools, tracking the Social mediaperformance with focus on high ROI.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., GoogleAnalytics).
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with the business objectives to optimize existing content anddiscover new opportunities.
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websitesand web pages.
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordinationwith SEO goals – general and keyword specific.
  • Should keep abreast of white hat and black hat tacticsso as not to violate search engine guidelines.
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns.
  • Implement and administer search engine programs(XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools).
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in orderto improve rankings.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices inonline marketing best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Experience with a content management system (e.g.,WordPress).
  • Proficiency in English. Strong verbal as well as writtencommunication skills.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
