Senior Associate – IT Support

IT Support Team is responsible for providing IT support for all end users. The position will involve onsite and remote desktop & network support 24/7. Interact with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and Maintaining Laptop, Desktop, Thin Client, Printer, Scanner and Network.
  • Install, troubleshoot and update operating systems (Microsoft OS).
  • Analyze and Install desktop software applications, browser add ons and anti-virus.
  • Monitor and escalate the service issues – Internet, Firewall and VoIP services.
  • Set up and move equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation.
  • Manage user requests using IT support ticket system.
  • Provide in-person, telephone, and remote IT support/Help Desk support to employees.
  • Respond to user inquiries regarding computer hardware and software operation.
  • Adhere to company policies.

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 +yrs. experience of industry experience in handling end user support (PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with windows OS environment.
  • Working knowledge of office products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
  • Knowledge of anti-virus programs.
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting and provide clear instruction.
  • Desire to learn and grow with a team.
  • Logical thinker.
  • Flexible in working 24/7 environment.
