Shift: Day (9.30 AM to 7.00 PM)/ Night (8.30 PM to 6.00 AM)

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage administrative tasks, coordinate with international clients, and leverage AI tools for enhanced productivity. You will support client operations across communication, project handling, research, and task execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Operational Support – Managing emails, calendars, documentation, reports, and daily task execution, business projects of clients.
  • Research & Analysis – Conduct online research and summarize findings clearly.
  • Client Communication & Customer Support – Communicate professionally with global clients.
  • Project Coordination – Track progress, follow deadlines, and work with tools like Trello, Asana, slack and Teams.
  • Ad hoc & Multitasking – Handle multiple tasks and adapt to new requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a client Service role with international clients
  • Strong MS Office, Google Suite, Teams, and O365 skills
  • Excellent communication, research, and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
  • Freshers are also welcome with excellent Communication Skills
