Summary

As a Manager in Pre-Sales & Client Relations, you will drive the team to achieve the organization’s sales conversion and revenue goals by fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring high standards in client management. This role combines strategic business development with strong deal-making skills, including needs assessment, solution proposal, pricing, and contract negotiations. Collaboration with internal operations teams is key to delivering tailored solutions that meet prospective clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, guiding the team to handle them effectively and establish a clear understanding of client requirements.
  • Present Get Friday's value proposition, negotiate pricing, align client expectations, and close sales, ensuring clarity on the company's process and policies.
  • Assist the team in making accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide clients with pricing plans that meet their service and ROI objectives.
  • Lead the team in maintaining service quality by building and enforcing strong client relationships, regularly assessing and enhancing service delivery.
  • Daily collaboration with operations on project scope, budget, timelines, and resources, ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination.
  • Support team members in reaching out to potential leads across various channels, participating in business development calls, and driving new client conversions.
  • Identify business opportunities by analysing served industries and client needs. Initiate outbound sales activities to engage niche industry segments, creating sales funnels and converting leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to suggest service improvements and identify new opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in team management within a sales or pre-sales environment.
  • Strong Consultative selling skills paired with a competitive, result-driven mindset.
  • Strong experience in the service industry, particularly with a focus on client acquisition and account management.
  • International Process Expertise: Preferred background in international voice/semi-voice processes.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales and conversion targets, with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
  • Highlight that a core part of the role is establishing trust by providing expert advice, which leads to stronger customer relationships and higher conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and adept at handling client management tools in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Emphasize how the pre-sales team uses consultative selling to deeply understand client pain points and business challenges, offering tailored solutions that align with the client's goals.
