Summary:
Work as a part of the Internal/External clients' business team or individually. Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for clients through email, phone or chat. Analyze, plan, organize and execute/delegate tasks to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Lead generation through inside and outside sales.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential target accounts.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Consult with senior management to discuss innovation or development in existing products and services.
- Identify and qualify new customers as per company policies.
- Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
- Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Attend conferences and industry events.
- Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and digital marketing.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Computer savvy.
- Very good communication skills with willingness to learn and self-starter attitude.
- Good at activity closure as per business requirements.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
