Summary:

Work as a part of the Internal/External clients' business team or individually. Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for clients through email, phone or chat. Analyze, plan, organize and execute/delegate tasks to meet deadlines and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Lead generation through inside and outside sales.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential target accounts.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Consult with senior management to discuss innovation or development in existing products and services.
  • Identify and qualify new customers as per company policies.
  • Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Attend conferences and industry events.
  • Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and digital marketing.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.

Candidate Profile

  • Computer savvy.
  • Very good communication skills with willingness to learn and self-starter attitude.
  • Good at activity closure as per business requirements.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
