Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in service-based sales. Candidates from travel, visa, banking, insurance, or any service industry are welcome. The role involves selling travel-related services including visa processing and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for travel services (visa & ticketing)
  • Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups
  • Assist customers with visa processes for countries like USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia
  • Manage domestic and international flight bookings (GDS knowledge is an advantage)
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Stay updated on travel guidelines and visa regulations

Required Skills

  • Experience in service sales (travel, banking, insurance, BPO, etc.)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Good communication and customer handling ability
  • Basic knowledge of travel/visa processes is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 2–5 years in any service sales role
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice period preferred
