Experience in drafting the Petition for US - Non-Immigrant Visa – L1 – A/ B, H-1B CAP / Extension/ Transfers / Amendments, LCA filing and LCA Management, Change of Status (COS) - L to H, F1 to H-1B, and H4 to H-1B, H4 / L2 - EAD document preparation and filing process

Entails sending Legal Questionnaire to the applicants, along with checklist of documents; follow up with the applicants and obtain the same.

Preparation of H1 complete package and collecting the documents as per the checklist related to the petition.

Prevailing wage determination and Wage well mapping Index as per the DOL requirement and FLC data center
-
Applying new LCA as per the job location and prevailing wages. Track LCAs from project to project and should apply all types of LCA's.

Screening of all the documents as per the checklist and getting the petition ready

Filling I-129, I-129H, I-129DC, LCA, Petition Letter, Supporting documents.

Filling I-539, if there are any dependents (H4 dependents). Taking care of all US immigration activities including processing of H1, H4 visas.

Filling I-907 for Premium processing (If required to file the case in premium)

Preparation of Petition support letters and forms.

Prepare Offer Letters, Employment agreement letters, STEM Extension Letters, Consulate Letters and Experience Letters.

Co-ordination with the Education Evaluation Service provider for arranging the Education Evaluation document.

Handling RFE’s - Preparing a detailed RFE response to USCIS on the RFE received by the service center in line with the RFE requirement along with the artifacts.

Verifying Client Letter and Vendor letters, modifying based on the petition.

Coordinating with Attorney's / Client to file the petition in the right way and right time to avoid the delays.

Ensure employees are well prepared to face H1B/L1/B1 visa interviews before the consulates along with complete and accurate documentation.

Strong experience in documents verification for Visa processing.

To communicate with employees and managers on the progress of the applications.

Need to adapt and learn new geographies based on the business requirements.

Coordinate and track all immigration activities end to end process.

Maintain MIS and reports and present bi- weekly or monthly report to Ops head as per the requirement with detailed analysis report and trends.

Hands on Experience in drafting and managing the US – Non Immigration worker visa petitions.

Very good communication skills both orally and written with willingness to learn and self-starter

Good knowledge on US Immigration is mandatory.

Should be able to work on Excel and create reports.

Prior experience on International assignment management an added advantage

Should have knowledge about /immigration laws /international assignments and Global Mobility

Should be a good team player.

Can work efficiently with minimum supervision and should be able to handle work pressure and flexible for taking new area of learning.
